Duties:
· Handling enquiries from customers.
Responsible for processing of sales orders.
Prepare sales documents such as invoice, delivery notes and receipt.
Scheduling on-time delivery to customers.
Good telephone manner & communication skill.
Requirements:
F.5 or above.
2 years relevant experience.
PC Operation, familiar with MS Office.
Responsible, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Able to work under pressure and independently.
Working experience in Office Supplies field will be an advantage;

Warehouse Clerk
Duties:
· Responsible for daily warehouse operation and warehouse management.
· Updating inventory and Data input.
· Goods receiving, counting, sorting out, shelving,
· Arranging and tidying up warehouse.
Requirements:
F.5 or above.
2 years relevant experience
PC Operation, familiar with MS Excel.
Able to work under pressure and independently

Graphic Designer
· Catalogue , Promotion Leaflet and Product packaging and follow projects.
· Diploma in Graphic Design or Related Practice
· At least 1 year relevant experience.
· Ability to deliver work within strict deadlines.
· Ability to effectively coordinate with outside vendors for printing & production.
· Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator
· Ability to write and communicate in both English and Chinese
· Web Design is a plus
